Terms
Terms of Service
These are the current terms for using Heartnote, a service from Martial Technology.
Using Heartnote
Heartnote is a digital card-making and sharing service operated by Martial Technology. You are responsible for the words, photos, recordings and recipient information you add. Only upload material you have the right to use, and get consent before adding another person’s photo or voice. Do not use the service to harass, impersonate, send spam or share unlawful content.
Sharing and invitations
A private card link can be opened by anyone who has it. A Group Card invitation link can be used to contribute without an account. Share these links only with people you intend to invite. Email delivery can be affected by an invalid address, spam filtering or a recipient’s email provider; check the address before sending.
Plans and payments
You can create and preview a basic card for free, but sending or sharing requires a paid option. Current options and allowances are shown on the Pricing page. Card payments are not connected yet: selecting a plan or pack currently updates the account without charging a payment method. Do not assume a completed purchase until checkout is available and you receive a payment confirmation. Cancelling a subscription stops its renewal; access continues to the end of the current recorded period. No refund is issued for an unused part of that period.
Leaving Heartnote
You can request account deletion in Account Settings. If you have a current subscription period, your account stays accessible until that period ends, then saved account content is deleted. Otherwise deletion is immediate. You can withdraw a scheduled deletion before its date. Previously downloaded or forwarded copies cannot be recalled.
Digital cards and availability
Heartnote offers digital sharing and downloadable files; physical card delivery is not currently available. Keep your own copies of anything you need to retain. Some drafts are saved only on the device where they were created, and shared links may be inaccessible if a service is interrupted.
